Table structure: Object name, Region code, Industry code, Company code, Financing volume in Q1, Financing volume in Q2, Financing volume in Q3, Amount of financing in Q4, Year of commissioning
Enter in Table 1 information on five regions, in Table 2 - information on five industries, in Table 3 - information about the three organizations.
Create a form "Information on the financing of the construction site" to enter the data in Table 4. Provide input of all codes by selecting from the lists with reference data, control of the imported data (volumes and year of commissioning) and issuing messages when input errors occur.
Create a form (such as the main / subordinate) "Information on the financing of facilities for construction organizations" to view the list of objects on which it conducts construction work, indicating the amount of financing by quarters and all. The list of objects should be ordered by region. Organization must be selected from the list.
Create a report "Consolidated statement of financing facilities" for all organizations with the calculation of the total quarterly and annual amounts of funding for each facility, each organization and all. Details about each object should be displayed in full view.
Create a consolidated cross-report with the results for the first quarter - in the rows of the list of organizations, in the columns - the list of industries.
